What happened: Good afternoon I have been trying to get in touch with her customer service but it look like a no-go I had a birthday party on Saturday the **th and it was $*** which I didn't care about paying when we got done I had a balance of $*** I had ** kids at attended and it was $**.** per child I also ordered * extra pieces for my adults and * drinks and I'm also made the kids pizzas a large up charge I ordered two Mexican french fries that wasn't it The Host was horrible she wasn't attentive time I asked her question it was due to COVID-** I just gave you $*** of my hard-earned money and you're talking about COVID-** only that I told her to get a manager because it was nets all around we couldn't even enjoy our food I even tried to take the food home because we didn't get to eat I didn't I was very upset My son was very upset this was his *th birthday party he left Chuck e cheese every year we come there and this time I was disappointed every time I asked for a manager she always said hold on and never got it I asked her for a trash bag cuz I start cleaning up all the food that no one ate and I told her I said we should get a refund for these pizzas because you see the nets on them I see I said no one's going to eat net food then I asked her about the french fries they came out I was like they're cold you think they can cook them again I don't think they can cook them it was always she didn't think I don't want a lot of the money back but at least $** for all the pizza I wasted I am very upset and since customer service won't get back to me I'll keep on until somebody reaches out to me have a good day

What happened: I bought * **minute cards for $**. I used * and saved the other for my next visit and apparently it expired. I was not told that when I purchased them that they would expire. I was u set the impression the time didn’t start until the first swipe and I’m really upset that I brought my client and we can’t do anything because we have no minutes on this never before used but purchased card. I got * cards so I could save a few dollars because every penny counts in my circumstance and instead I wasted $** dollars. Pretty freaking shady. Nothing on your menu and none of your staff explain the difference between points and minutes.
What happened: Hello,**I purchased (*) $** gift cards just prior to Xmas, as Xmas presents. I took * of my nephews on Saturday and when they ran the cards for payment I was told there was some type of error and they could not use them. The employee then called corporate, they went over the numbers on the cards as well as scratched of the pins on the back and they had no luck on determining the problem either. I had to pay the money out of pocket. The cards were never used and I removed them from the Chuckie Cheese cards the gift cards came in at the register. They were still glued to the initial greeting card. We have not yet tried to use the other * but I assume it will be the same issue. I purchased them all at the same time on the Chuckie Cheese website. Please let me know what we need to do to have the problem rectified. I would prefer a refund since I had to pay out of packed for * on Saturday and will give the other * cash in place of their cards.
